Personal data provided by the participant is on a voluntary basis and will only be used for the purpose of participating in the organiser's event. The information will only be used for the reference of the person processing the application for approval, contact and other purposes related to the event. Unless otherwise specified, the organiser will retain the phone number of the participants for the event-related records. Other personal data collected in connection with the event will be destroyed within six months after the event. Applicants who wish to access or amend the personal data provided should write to the organiser (with the name of the event in the letter).
